NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM
Believing that proper nutrition in childhood
builds healthy adults, the dietician of ‘The Ranch’ has set up a healthy
dietary program for young children,
which covers the needs of the children’s body for their
better performance and well being

BREAKFAST
Milk, chocolate milk, tea, corn flakes/cocopops, bread, butter and honey, marmalade with butter, marmalade with butter merenda. In addition depending on the day eggs or honey
AFTERNOON SNACK:
Fruit juice, sweet roles, cake, ice cream, doughnut, chocolate-milk, or yogurt

1st WEEK     
MONDAY                                                                     
Meal:   Oil cooked food, cheese-pie, green-peas, salad, fruit.  
Dinner: Chicken-filet roasted in the oven,
French fries or rice, salad, fruit,
TUESDAY
Meal: Meat loaf – potatoes in the oven,
salad, fruit.
Dinner: Spaghetti (bacon-cheese),
salad, fruit.
WEDNESDAY
Meal: Stuffed tomatoes-peppers with rice,
feta cheese, cheese-pie, salad, fruit.
Dinner: Pizza (bacon-cheese), chef’s salad
fruit.
THURSDAY
Meal: Meat balls w/red sauce in the oven,
French potatoes or rice, fruit, φρούτο.
Dinner: Roasted chicken, roasted potatoes
in the oven, salad, fruit.
FRIDAY
Meal: Fish w/rice, potato salad,
salad, fruit.
Dinner: Shish kebab w/pita and garlic sauce, (tzatziki), French fries, salad, fuit.
SATURDAY
Meal: Pastitsio, feta cheese, salad, fruit.
Dinner: ΜπHamburger w/French fries or
roasted potatoes in the oven, fruit.
SUNDAY
Meal: Beef with lazzania, salad,
fruit.
Dinner: Fish-sticks, rice w/ mixed greens
potato salad, fruit.
2ndWEEK

Dinner: Snitchel w/French fries or rice,

TUESDAY

Dinner: Spaghetti Napolitano The Ranch,

*The salads are made with local pure olive-oil from the olive trees of Sofiko.
All of our ingredients are provided from top-quality providers.
Our French fries are fresh produce. The bread is from the local village bakery.

The Ranch is open for everyone every Weekend. You can vist the Ranch for a daily trip, any weekend you like!!!!
