SECURITY AND STAFFING OF SUMMER CAMP

The staffing of the summer camp within ‘The Ranch’ has been meticulously made

by co-workers who are highly accredited in caring with modesty and love for all of the children, ensuring the educational value and identity of ‘The Ranch’.

The staff which is so closely working in “The Ranch” has been chosen under strict rules and regulations and after long extensive practice and trials on this field of work along with an extensive lengthy personal interview, thus today we can be mighty proud to acclaim that we unquestionably have embodied one of the best & most excellent management team not only of Greece but of Europe as well.

Our educational staff consists of university graduates as well as students of college students in the educational field and gymnasts who have attended special seminars

for the perfect fulfillment of this innovative camp program at ‘The Ranch’.

A team leader is placed in charge in every group of children (15 member teams in accordance to sex and age), the group leaders are ADULTS with full knowledge and experience in the camping life.

Groups of five teams are under the supervision of the community councilor (male) and (female) for the girl groups. All teams as well as school staff is under the supervision of a chief in charge and his staff who are coordinating and monitoring the program for its smooth and proper functioning among groups and relations amongst children and staff.

Behind each and every athletic or artistic activity within the camp program there is a Specialist Partner (e.g. lifeguard, swordsman, dancer, director, etc…).

A doctor along with a fully accredited and experienced nurse is fully responsible for the health of all our youngsters/friends on a 24hour basis.
