The Grain Mill

In our training areas we have placed the village mill. Here our little friends have a chance to see old machinery used to produce the principal item in their diet, flour from grain. Inside the mill are:

♦   The sieve that separated and isolated impurities from cereals.
♦   The cutter through which the grain was passed and thus followed the final  
     grinding.
♦   The final grinding last was taking place in the millstones that grind the grain.

Finally students passing through our various conference rooms are able to monitor visual display of the current way milling and flour production with the most modern means.
