Travel into tradition… learn and live for a while in another era!

Visit the Traditional Wind Mill and Observe live the process of the plowing of the fields with horses and plough as well as the seeding of the fields. See from up close the sieve separating the grain from the tare, and then the grinding stones processing the grain.

Visit and look from up close the Traditional Olive-Oil Mill and learn about the gathering of the fruit from the olive trees the smashing and the process of the final product of oil that comes to your plate. Take a small tour and check out the old traditional machinery/stones used in the past to separate the oil from the water.

Follow step by step the process of the making of cheese in the Prototype Pilot Cheese factory in the area.
Visit the old shoe-maker/repair shop, the Barbershop, the old shop and the Weaving-Mill. Observe from up close the Old Traditional Trades, which are slowly disappearing in our modern society!

FARM:
Walk in and out the farm and the stables. See from real close and take care the 25 horses and ponies of different types and breeds, cows, wild boar, goats, sheep, buck and deer.
Here you get a chance to see the horse-shoe process and the milking of the animals.
